Program vision

Make powerful technology accessible, practical, and responsible.

AI is reshaping the economy, but the students and communities outside elite tech networks are being left behind—without tool access, training, mentors, or a clear path into AI-era careers.

The proposed initiative would bring together practical learning, responsible-AI guidance, mentorship, and career-readiness support for students and communities navigating an AI-shaped economy.

AI Access Labs

Create guided access to AI tools, coding assistants, and project-based learning environments with responsible privacy and safeguarding practices.

AI Career Navigator

Develop practical career-readiness support around skill gaps, resumes, interviews, portfolios, and realistic AI-era career paths.

AI Mentor Corps

Connect volunteer mentors with learners for mock interviews, resume reviews, portfolio feedback, AI literacy, and career guidance.

Responsible AI Education

Design practical learning around safe AI use, misinformation, privacy, job displacement, prompt skills, and productive use for school and work.

Impact Measurement

Track participation, mentor time, learning milestones, applications, interviews, internships, and career progress.

Who this is for

Learners should not be priced out of the tools shaping their future.

The Foundation is building pathways around practical tools, guided learning, mentor support, privacy, accessibility, and career-readiness content.

Register your interest so future workshops, mentoring sessions, and learning opportunities can be shaped around real needs and barriers.

Students

Register interest and describe the learning goals, access barriers, and schedule that matter to you.

Career changers

Share the skills, portfolio, interview, or career-navigation support you would find useful.

Anyone priced out

Help the Foundation understand tool, hardware, connectivity, accessibility, or cost barriers.

Measuring progress

Focus on skills learners can use and opportunities they can pursue.

The program is being designed around practical measures such as participation, completed learning activities, portfolio projects, mentor engagement, and career-readiness progress.
